We sell digital products delivered electronically. Because access begins immediately, digital purchases are normally final once delivery starts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We voluntarily offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for The Ultimate Self-Sufficient Homestead Handbook. To request a full refund, contact us through the store contact form within 7 calendar days of purchase and include your order number. You do not need to provide an elaborate explanation—just tell us the handbook is not right for you.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

By purchasing and requesting immediate delivery, you expressly request supply of the digital content before any applicable cancellation period ends and acknowledge that, where permitted by law, a statutory right to cancel may be affected once delivery begins. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

If you purchased twice or have a technical problem accessing the file, contact us and we will help, redeliver the file, or refund the duplicate charge as appropriate.
